Hôtel le Germain
During the last Mural Festival in 2021, the artist MICHELLE HOOGVELD was offered the facade of the Hôtel le Germain to create a giant mural 171 meters high. In this pandemic year, the artist, who attaches great importance to the emotions we feel when confronted with color, has illuminated part of the city center to create joy in the Covidian gloom. – Patrice Loranger
