This mural is made by VHILS aka ALEXANDRE FARTO from Lisboa, Portugal, and part of a collaboration artwork with fantastic artist JR. On the next building there is another huge character created on 637 South Spring Street. They are facing each other and if you stay in fron of the parking lot between those buildings you can admire both at the same time.
