This old building has been the headquarters of different state institutions for many years. Today there is an entity of social organizations. In the pre-bicentenaty era of these photos and graffiti, the government body called the National Youth Institute operated there.
The photos where a garage door has written “Casa Abierta” (Open House), you can see the style that VICTOR GRIN gives of his architecture and, at the same time, can be seen clearly on his website. In the following photos you can see windows and balconies of the old building with a figure of a woman that occupies almost two floors plus also children playing and running. The photos were taken before September 18th 2010.

Those great artworks from VICTOR GRIN vanished meanwhile because of renovation and reconstruction of the building. Nowadays it has a different look, unfortunately there are no urban artworks on the facades, but the architecture is quite interesting.
