Monte Hermoso is an idyllic small town by the Atlantic sea, with great sandy beaches and cozy spots to relax. The place has around 5,300 inhabitants, but even though it is not big, you can still find interesting urban works of art here. This artworks are part of the program JUVENTUD EN ACCION, which is managed by the Spanish National Agency of the Youth in Action Program. The members are the Spanish Youth Institute, the Spanish Youth Council and the youth agencies of the autonomous communities and cities with statute of autonomy. JUVENTUD EN ACCION, which means in English „Youth in Action“, is a non-formal education program aimed at young people who want to carry out a project with a greater dimension. The program subsidizes and trains besides many more subjects especially the actions Volunteering, Exchanges, Initiatives, Projects of participative Democracy, Training and Meetings.
