“Beauty Magazine Cutout #10” by THERESE ISABELLE OLSSON
THERESE ISABELLE OLSSON is a textile artist but with a foundation in painting. When working with textiles she likes to work with strong and bright colors, but when painting she often finds herself drawn to the same darkness and the same recurring figures. Through making collages from fashion magazines she build faces. Dark characters that come to life through our human traits. playing with the thought of how we look at beauty. This artwork was made 2017 and is part of the project ArtMadeThis.
