Those great artworks were created close to the Spanish town of Mojácar during the fantastic jam TRAVELGRAFF in 2018. It is a national contest with numerous Spanish artists from the Almeria region and also from other parts of the country. The motto of the jam was “Nuestro medioambiente y el suyo”, which means in English “Our environment and yours”. You can find the graffiti spot at the propane and butan gas station on the A-370 highway northwest of the town in the direction to Garrucha. The great photos were taken by the world explorers Thomas Adventurer and Diana Beekvelt, also known as NOMADS ON WHEELS. They have been traveling around Europe with their VW LT28 van at that time and they document the journeys on their homepage, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube to show the beautiful countries. At the same time they motivate to be active for environmental issues. It’s definitely worth taking a look! Here are the urban artworks from Mojácar.
