STEFANIA GALLINA aka MAPU LAB, is an illustrator who ranges from handcrafted creations on paper to works on the wall where she depicts, alongside fictional characters, faces of women, such as the one painted on the wall of the Spazio Popolare Neruda, in Borgata Aurora. The artist, strongly affected by this self-managed reality that hosts people of different ethnic groups all in housing emergency, as well as being a meeting place and services for the inhabitants of the neighborhood, draws The Queen. So renamed, Stefania portrays a woman with African somatic features using bright and vibrant shades. A wonderful tribute to female beauty in all its shapes, colors and origins.
