Tribute to Louis Hector Berlioz
Louis Hector Berlioz was a French composer and music critic of the Romantic period. He was born on 11th December 1803 in La Côte-Saint-André in France and died on 8th March 1869 in the French capital Paris. This memorandum buste was created by sculptor HENRI BAPTISTE BLATTÈS in 1948 and was donated as a gift to the City of Nice by the Friends of the Berlioz Committee. The sculptor was born on 22nd Oktober 1903 and died on 16th Dezember 1986.
