Along the Cours Saleya there is a great market almost every day with a mix of food and creativity. There are art stalls from local artists or live painting with canvas works. But you can also find fresh fruits and vegetables, and of course an incredible variety of flowers, as it is also the „Marché Aux Fleurs“, or Flower Market. There are also two small buildings decorated with streetart, which are the entrances to the cellars and the underground garage. There is one on the east side and one on the west side. It’s a really interesting combination, because „above“ both buildings are painted in a rustic style, but when you go down the stairs, it becomes totaly colorful. Historic times on top and modern life in secret. But why the conservatism at the top alone and the colorfulness only hidden underground? Here are the photos from the east side entrance.
