Graffiti and Streetart Festival Brande
Located in the heart of Midtjylland, Brande is a small, manageable municipality in Denmark with around 7.300 inhabitants. What are you doing in this sleepy hollow? In an hour, you could walk around this dump. But what does not sound spectacular at first is very deceptive. Brande is an absolute feast for the eyes. Since 2015, street art festivals have been held regularly in the city and the surrounding area, further reinventing the city visually.

Næstved – Urban Project “Næstved Kunstby”
NÆSTVED KUNSTBY is the result of a unique and self-organized graffiti tradition, which for more than 30 years has granted Næstved a special status within international graffiti and hip-hop culture. Hip hop and graffiti culture came to Europe and to Næstved more than 30 years ago. Since that time the city has continuously had several unofficial street galleries. For this reason Næstved has always had a regular flow of visiting graffiti artists from all over the world.

Tórshavn – Faroe Islands – Urban Art on Streymoy
Tórshavn is the capital of the Faroe Islands and with around 23.000 inhabitants the political, economic, and cultural center of the archipelago in the North Atlantic, which is partly autonomous but belongs to Denmark. The name means “Thor’s Harbor” and refers to the Norse god Thor, a nod to the city’s Viking origins whose settlers came here around the 9th century. Cultural attractions include the National Museum of the Faroe Islands and the modern Havnar Kirkja church. And there are several kinds of interesting urban art to be found on the streets.

Odense is located on the Danish island of Funen and is the third largest city in the country with approximately 180.000 inhabitants. It is not only home to the main campus of the University of Southern Denmark, but is also the birthplace of fairy tale writer and storyteller Hans Christian Andersen. His vivid imagination continues to inspire and shape the city till today and there are several wonderful works of art dedicated to him in the streets.

Halsskov – Urban Art at the Faergehavn Ferry Port
Odden Færgehavn, or just Odden, is a ferry port on the south coast of the Danish peninsula Sjællands Odde. The port is part of the Halsskov district, which stretches along an approximately 200 meter long headland or “odde” northwest of the port town of Korsør. There are some old harbor constructions right next to the ferry port and some old buildings and bunkers around it. These have now been taken over by graffiti artists and in addition to free spray actions, great jams have also taken place at the Færgehavn harbor crossing.
