CANADA: Streetart Montréal – Centre Sud – 2010 Rue Frontenac – FLUKE

100 years of Independence

Here is another great artwork by the talented artist FLUKE, one of the key players in the Montreal urban art scene. The mural celebrates 100 years of Polish independence and it is painted on the side of the White Eagle polish Society. The artwork emphasizes the contribution and integration of the Polish community into Montreal life. It also wants to pay tribute to the community that lives and thrives in the neighborhood , its culture and its heritage. As well there are two interesting videos added, one about the making of this great memorial piece and another one which is a tribute to Bad News Brown in 2017. –  Patrice Loranger
