These artworks are made by artist ZEK, who is really one of my favorites and he does a lot of work in my neighborhood. Good for me! The neighborhood girl is part of a large mural that completely covers the Confederation Park chalet in NDG. The Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation funded a refrigerated ice rink in this park for neighborhood children. This foundation encourages physical activity and the adoption of a healthy lifestyle among underprivileged youth from 4 to 17 years old. – Patrice Loranger.
