In the eastern part of Nice is the Saint Augustin district with a huge industrial area around the airport. The depots and factories of MIN and Manakin Fleurs, a flower warehouse with distribution to the end stores, are also located there. It is a large hall complex surrounded by many other companies. But the special thing about this location is that it is also home to two fabulous artists‘ studios, namely those of FABEN and AROKE.
The two are not only located there with their studios, FABEN has also received permission from the owners over time to redesign the walls on the dull and boring gray surfaces. This is how the MIND ART DISTRICT was gradually created, based on the MIN location, the mind and art, but also the heart. Of course there are many works especially by FABEN and AROKE, but several other artists have also been invited during time and left great works.
FABEN has a lot of plans for the future, he wants to organize events, jams and exhibitions and he wants to invite many more artists. There are an incredible number of walls that could and should be painted.
