Tribute to Albert I
This bust statue was made in honor of Albert Léopold Clément Marie Meinrad or Albert I of Belgium, who was born on 8th April 1875 and was King of the Belgians until his death on 17th February 1934. The monument was inaugurated on 23rd April 1933.
Albert I, King of the Belgians, sovereign of the noble nation, friend and loved of France, worthy successor to the great role who predicts and favors the properity of this city of Nice.
