This part of the bridge wall and the foundation of the elevated road is adjacent to the Graffiti Hall under the bridge and on the other side, but the area is not approved for free painting, so it is not a legal spray location. Some commissioned works by artists have been created to make the gray wall a little more colorful, but the portrait of HKA on the corner points to a spray can ban and indicates that it is not legal to spray here and that the hall only begins at the bridge passage.
