DANIEL GÖTESSON aka EKTA is active throughout Europe and his large murals can be seen in Poland, Italy, France, England and Sweden. Painting is his main focus, but he also works with drawing, sculpture, textiles, animation and music. Over the years he has had several public art commissions for various municipalities in Sweden. EKTA has also participated in group exhibitions in galleries and institutions all over the world. Commercial art commissions include illustrations for the New York Times and the Gothenburg International Film Festival where he was „Poster Artist of the Year“ in 2010.
