In the Vukov Spomenik district, there is an interesting lost place at a large building which is still half under construction. The building company must have run out of budget halfway through and now the apartment block has been abandoned for many years. It’s a bit weird because windows have already been installed in some parts, while other parts don’t even have exterior walls yet. During an adventurous exploration together with streetart hunters BORIS VATOVEC and SAVO KATALINA we took a closer look at this housing complex, which has been empty for ages and discovered a lot of great urban art and graffiti. But unfortunately also an incredible amount of discarded waste and garbage. Usually you find those lost places and urbex areas outside of town at old factories or somewhere in the woods, but here you have a spot just in the middle of the city in some residents space with a primary school next to it. Check out the urban art collection, and who knows, maybe some day in the future they will finish the construction work and then the new residents will already have cool murals on their walls!
