In addition to many statues and monuments in Belgrade, an interesting and extensive museum has been built in his honor, which is definitely worth a visit. All technology and science fans can gain a deeper insight into the world of Nikola Tesla and his inventive ideas here. Guided tours are offered every hour on the hour and last around 45 minutes. The guides offer a fantastic experience, telling unique stories about Nikola Tesla and showing the authentic working models of Tesla’s machines. His personal belongings and artifacts are also on display. The exclusive film about Tesla’s life, created by author Dr. Branimir Jovanovi?, is also shown during the tour. The guided tours are held in Serbian and English.

Nikola Tesla was an engineering researcher and inventor. His life’s work is characterized by numerous innovations in the field of electrical engineering, in particular electrical power engineering, such as the development of what is now known as the two-phase alternating current system for electrical power transmission. He was born on July 10th 1856 in Smiljan in Croatia and he died on January 7th 1943 in New York in the United States.
