Tribute to Nikola Tesla  –  (10th July 1856 – 7th January 1943)

Nikola Tesla was an engineering researcher and inventor. His life’s work is characterized by numerous innovations in the field of electrical engineering, in particular electrical power engineering, such as the development of what is now known as the two-phase alternating current system for electrical power transmission. He was born on July 10th 1856 in Smiljan in Croatia and he died on January 7th 1943 in New York in the United States.
