„Where Land Meets the Sea“ – Photography Series – ADRIAN GAUT

Born in Portland, Oregon, ADRIAN GAUT is a fine-art and commercial photographer based in New York. With a foundational academic interest in 20th century art, particularly the rich tradition of mini- malism, Adrian’s work seeks to express the genre’s artistic precision in his photography. His framing of architectural details emphasises the sculptural and the graphical and his work here at Mareterra has captured both the craft and the passion inherent to every aspect of the district’s design, landscape, art and architecture. These photographs are the result of many trips to the Principality, capturing its growth from conception to completion as Mareterra took shape on the Mediterranean coastline.
